This unit is about vocabulary and grammar and how to teach these within a classroom or to an individual. I have learnt that there are many ways to engage a student to a new word by either group work or activities such as word searches. I found the importance of what is relevant to teaching new words and how to teach them. I also understood how students learn a new word by either using common phrases in English they bleary know, or by using similarities within their own language.
