This was very helpful, getting to see a good and bad example for lessons. The first lesson was abrupt, had slurring speech that the students couldn't follow clearly, and felt like it wasn't planned well and just confused the students. The second lesson was great! The students participated, seemed to follow along well, and, by the end, I felt like they got a worthwhile and productive lesson. Involve the class, use their names, elicit their own answers, and end the day on a positive note. Only thing I would change is to make sure to have prizes if you do games like bingo!
