In the first video it shows the importance of being on time, well prepared and organised. The second video shows the benefit of being well organised and well prepared encouraging students to be engaged, motivated and ready to learn. This video gave me some valuable learning tools to work with. It showed the importance of moving through the different stages of learning to keep the students involved. I found the questioning techniques the teacher used to consolidate language and grammar very useful for my use in the classroom.
