In this unit i learnt the receptive skills are listening and reading, because learners do not need to produce language to do these, they receive and understand it. In receptive skills reading and listening are equally important, none of them is more important than the other. The present tense can be very confusing when judging which form to use. Especially when different emphasis is placed on different tenses. I have learned the general outline of how to teach present tense and feel it will be a challenge towards teaching international students. This unit was pretty hard. It took some time to get it. I hope i got it right on the test. I have study very hard to understand all of this conditions. And the report speech to. The report speech was confused me, before i started to understand it. Now am sure i got it right.
