In this TEFL review video, ITTT graduate Fausat completed the 120-hour TEFL course. Fausat found the course units to be clear and well organised in a way that anyone can understand. She recommends the course to anyone wanting to teach English abroad or to improve their teaching skills.
Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
In this unit I learned about the course book and lesson materials. I learned you can create materials and how to do that and also how to incorporate authentic materials and what can be used. I learned the pros and cons of a course book and what using it will entail. This unit was about materials. How to pick and use. What to look out for. That is's very important not to get too stuck on the course book alone and supplement. The differences between authentic created. There were a lot of useful sheets to be used in the classroom.A lot of what was in this unit was already discussed in the main TEFL course which I've completed. SO I found this unit to be pretty straight forward. I enjoyed the section on page 17 where it discusses the various likes and dislikes of the two different age groups.
