TEFL TESOL Combined Courses

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

I really enjoyed the video lesson. It gave us an indication of how to behave and not to behave in a class room. One could see the difference in the attitude of the students in both the scenarios. To be a good teacher one should do their best to learn the names of the students. This unit clarified some things for me about the first few classes of a course. It is a crucial time period, and setting the tone of the class off right can dramatically affect the results of the course. I'll be sure to refer to this chapter when planning my own first classes. This unit was a tougher one because as a native speaker these are thing you never take the time to think about. It's only when you start to break it down do you truly realize. It was interesting learning about present perfect and its implications to the past and present tense.
