English Grammar - Future Perfect - Usages - Teaching English as a Foreign Language

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

I learned how easy it is to misuse the various forms of the past tense. It is easier for me to use the past tense than trying to explain the proper form to use. I was never grounded in grammar rules so this lesson was quite helpful. I will have to review it more often.in this unit i have learnt how to teach new vocabulary, grammar, language functions and other language concepts in the classroom. In order to teach those new language concepts we can use 3 main ESA methods which is Straight arrows ESA, Boomerang ESA and Patchwork ESA.This unit shows the role of teachers, as well as the role of students. It is broken down and made simple and these roles are things I never actually noticed as general rules while I was actually a student in school, but now I can see how much sense they actually make.
