Different forms of teaching may require slightly different skills. There are five categories of beginner: the absolute beginner, the false beginner, the adult beginner, the young beginner and the beginner without Roman alphabet. The EFL teacher should be aware of possible problems that these students may face with, apply teaching methods and techniques, and understand their motivation for effective learning. Teaching individual students has been increasing in the demand in recent years, particularly on the business world. Although students of this group are usually highly motivated, they may lose classroom dynamics and get tired during the lesson. Therefore, the teacher should make more effort to make the lesson effective. Teaching children can be one of the most rewarding of all student classes to teach. The role of the teacher is primary important to keep students’ motivation. Disciplines are vital in class management of this group. Business people is a growing group of English learning world-wide. An EFL teacher should adapt to a different approach from the one he/she would use if he/she was teaching a general English class in the school. It is essential to find out what the students want and what they need, and balance the clients’ wants and needs with those of the company. The vital part before planning next lessons is ’Needs analysis’ and ‘Needs Negotiation’. The monolingual class requires all students use English as the common language. This advantage cannot be found in monolingual class. However, they have the common problem needed to be avoided which is the mother tongue. Teacher should support students to overcome the difficulties.
