Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit has taught me the four aspects of past tense. I have learnt that the structures for past tense are constructed in the same way as those for present tense, and the usages are similar. Past simple aspects are used for states or actions in the definite past whether directly stated or implied and understood, and when the time is being asked. Past continuous aspects are used for actions happening at a certain point of time in the past, continuous actions that are interrupted at a point, and describing a gradually developing situation in the past. Past perfect aspects are used for completed actions by a point of time in the past. Past perfect continuous aspects stress the extended time a continuous action took place by a point of time in the past. An "Engage" activity suitable for teaching all past tenses would be storytelling.
