As I am already a teacher of business English, I found some very useful tips in this unit...especially with the "fact find" pages to gather information about the students business needs. I already conduct one of these but there are some things on your sample sheet, that I do not always ask.
Beginners DOES make me a little fearful, and I do not take such students, but again, this has shown that there are different levels of beginner. In my experience, people always underestimate their knowledge of English, and are far better than they initially think.
Very useful section, and I will implement a lot of this in my preparation.
