From this unit I have learned the detailed structure of lesson planning. From my point of view, planning has a very high importance. As far as I know even very experienced teachers are using the plans. Of course, they have more practice and do not need to look in it every now and then. Except of the precise structure of a lesson, its very important purpose for the teacher is to understand if the learners acheive the goals or not. Without this understang all the procceses of teaching are useless.
