This last unit was about troubleshooting in the classroom. It taught how to successfully establish rapport between the teacher and the class as well as between classmates. It gives suggestions on how to better teach reluctant learners and large classes. Much like the last unit it reminds teachers to establish what the students' current skill levels are as well as future goals during the beginning of the course.
