The unit talks about what are parts of speech and grammatical structures. Grammar describes how we combine, organize and change words and parts of words to make meaning. A part of speech or word class describes the function a word or phrase has in a sentence. There are eight parts of speech: nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, articles, propositions, pronouns and conjunctions. It is very important to understand and learn a lot of parts of the speech when you are using it in a sentence.
