This unit was about troubleshooting for different types of classes and reluctant students. The first lesson in any class the goal should be to establish rapport get to know your students and the students needs and wants of the english language. Warmers should be used to get to know each other and the teacher. Some examples of warmers are hangman,pictionary, and tongue twisters. When there are different levels in a classes it is important to close the gap between slow and quick learners. This can be done with pair or group work, 2 separate groups and group leaders. Large classes need to be organized as much as possible to avoid too much chaos.
