This unit focused on both teachers and learners. I feel that the most important thing I took away from this lesson is that teachers have to be able to fill a variety of roles in the classroom and be able to identify when a certain role should be utilized. I also learned that their are several factors that can affect the type of learner a person is and part of the teachers job is to accurately read their class and their motivations to maximize their students take away from the class. Some teachers may be better suited to certain kinds of classes.
