This Unit talks about different problems encountered by teachers on the classrooms and suggest techniques that can be used to overcome those problems. The teacher can have a problem on their first lessons in which the students can be new or existing, so as such the teacher needs to know of how to deal with these different groups. Another problem van be when students have different understanding levels, for this as a teacher you can pair the strong students with the weak ones, so that the weak can be inline with the strong ones in terms of language level. As an English to teacher you have to make sure that students do not use their native languages in class, it might be difficult for them but techniques like responding to them when they only use English language might be helpful.
