I really liked this section because it is important to know who you are teaching, and you must change your techniques accordingly. Children are going to have different needs that students taking business English. I like how teaching English can be focused on the specific goals of the students. For example, business English can be catered to the needs of the students and their employer. I liked the example of teaching hotel terminology to employees at hotel. I think the needs analysis can be very valuable and reading this unit made me excited to teach all sorts of English. Originally, I imagined either teaching in schools or rec centers, but now I realize that there are many more contexts to teaching English. I am studying hotels at my university right now, which is why I liked reading about how to teach business English.
