The last unit talks about common problem situations and how to approach them as well as suggestions on how to deal with them. It talks about first lessons and how to establish rapport with students. The unit goes into extraordinary details on things to do at different situations such as warmers, different levels, large classes, the use of native language, reluctant students and difficulties with listening texts.
