This unite is devoted to teaching productive skills (speaking and writing). The first part explains the importance and difference between accuracy and fluency activities, gives examples of both activities, as well as some possible issues that may arouse for the teacher in the classroom (students' reluctancy to speak) and how to overcome these issues (some techniques). The detailed example of a typical creative speaking activity is also provided, along with its guidelines which makes it very easy to understand what speaking activity should look like. The second part of the unit states the issues that the teacher has to consider for the writing activity (handwriting, spelling, punctuation). There is a mini section dedicated to creative writing in the classroom with a "straight arrow" lesson plan in the second part of this chapter. In the end we can read about different types of the games in the classroom: some of them can be found in a specialized English books, some of them can be adapted from traditional games that we used to play when we were kids.
