This unit has kind of made me sad. It has given me ideas that simply cannot be used within my current work atmosphere. I would love to create a more intimate class setting by using other desk arrangements, but the smallest class I teach is 20 students, and 80% of classes are 40 students. I have very very limited room and won't be able to attempt other seating arrangements. Most of this information seems mostly common sense and is mostly incorporated into how I handle situations already. Before this unit, I was confident in my classroom management skills.
