This has probably been the most challenging of grammar lessons to learn thus far. While things like "present perfect" or "past continuous" make some intuitive sense to me after some study, I find the conditionals and reported speech to be very confusing. I don't know if my students would even reach the level of understanding this grammar, but it's good review for me and a valuable insight into why learning English is so difficult. Four different meanings and the way it's written barely changes! I see why people think English is so difficult to learn.
