This unit covered the basics of how to plan lessons based on which aspect of English I am planning to teach in the lesson. It also gave examples of activities to be used in each segment of the lesson, which I found really helpful in my lesson planning. The different types of ESA lessons used also allowed me to see different variations in planning and reminded me to adjust my lessons according to the content I am teaching. The task sheet activities with a lesson planning task also gave me a good practice in planning one lesson from scratch.
