Planning a lesson is not as simple as it seems for a beginner like me. At the beginning of trying to plan my lesson, I find it a bit confusing to separate study and activate stages. But after trying it out a few times, and with the help of the formats given in this unit, I finally manage to see the light. As I am giving one-to-one tuition, I have students of all levels to work with and as the saying goes, practice makes perfect. I actually did my lesson planning for my elementary students while going through this unit. It has helped me tremendously. At least now I'm not teaching randomly but with aims and planning.
