The various roles that a teacher plays in order to find harmony and equilibrium in the classroom I found stood out the most for me. Allowing students to engage amongst themselves, acting sometimes as the tutor and not always as the class manager, and knowing and understanding your students well enough to keep them motivated and engaged throughout the class. Also the various levels of fluency and how to cater to each of those levels I also found interesting, both in deciding which level to teach but also how to address each class differently.
