This unit covered the teaching of different special groups, which is immensely beneficial to me as I expect to meet many different types of students in my future teaching career. Knowing the various needs of the students will help me a lot in catering to their needs and wants as well as give them what they want to the best of my ability. Different students require different attention and ways to deal with and this chapter explained that rather clearly, which I am able to apply to my teaching.
