This unit gave an overview of different teaching styles and lesson composition. For instance, this section would talk about a certain teaching style, then it would give examples or activities that would complement that teaching technique. When I was going through the first few concepts, I kept thinking to myself, that it would be great to find a way to incorporate all of these ideas. I was happy to find that this lesson covered that, and introduced “Engage, Study, and Activate” which incorporates many of the ideas presented earlier in the lesson. What I really took away from this unit was how I can mix and match teaching styles to create a lesson that would relevant to my own students.
