Unit 19 covered the multiple groups of English learners we will be more than likely teaching as EFL providers. Unit 19 broke down each group, providing detailed lists of what each groups motivations will be, the various needs and wants of each group, appropriate activities and homework options, and the probable problems we may encounter with each group. Along with the different groups we will be teaching within this unit we learned strategies for teaching mono and multi-lingual classes. We learned how we can use their lack of a common culture to engage and ultimately teach our students English more effectively.
