This unit was a very unique unit. It showed me the importance of phonetics and how prevalent they are in the everyday language. I never would have thought about the vibrations of certain letters in certain words or how one's voice will rise and fall depending on the reason for speaking. I see how challenging teaching phonetics to students will be but I also understand the importance of it, which is why I will use all my creativity and all my knowledge I have gained from this chapter to do my best at teaching proper phonetics to my future students.
