The first video displays a teacher giving a grammar lesson to students of English. However, we can observe a sense of confusion, a lack of engagement and an absence of communication between the teacher and the students. On one hand, we can notice that the teacher has an unfriendly manner and an incorrect position in terms of language presentation, giving instructions and establishing rapport. On The other hand, we can see a remarkable difference in the second video , where the lesson goes smoothly and the atmosphere of the class is more fun and comfortable. We can also remark that the students are encouraged to participate and there is a mutual respect between them and the teacher. After I had observed the two videos, I was able to understand how the teacher's attitude and right way of classroom management can have an effect on the students ' successful comprehension of the lesson and their attention to the teacher.
