This unit has presented and explained the receptive skills we use to process information, not only in the classroom but in our daily life as well. Both receptive skills, reading and listening, allow us to perceive information, process it, and make sense out of it by developing our own understanding of such material. We don't only use our perceptive systems but also our own pre existing knowledge gathered from past experiences. All of this was presented with the purpose of understanding, analyzing and identifying the methods we can use in the classroom to create interest, enthusiasm and comprehension in our students.
