This unit focused on the topic of troubleshooting. I have learnt about the various common problems and situations that may arise in the classroom. I understand how best to carry out a first lesson, including warmers as activities at the start of lessons throughout the course. I have learnt about best practice when it comes to varying student abilities and large classes as well as engaging with difficult troubleshooting aspects such as use of the native language, and reluctant students.
