In Unit 20 I learned how to respond to different situations that may arise in my English classroom. I learned how important it is to establish good rapport with my students during the first class meeting. This can be done with a variety of ice-breaker activities like questionnaires. I also learned what to do if I have a large class, class made up of different English levels, and reluctant students.
