This unit focused on the different types of challenges that an instructor will be faced with during a class. Whether it is reluctant students or an issue with students only speaking their own language, it is imperative for instructors to take charge and provide a class with an atmosphere that fosters confidence. Additionally, this unit covered some of the different classes that will be highlighted including large classes and classes where students are on different English levels. This unit and program have taught me a lot on how to become a strong instructor and I will take the information in this unit and the revious units and put it to good use.
