For me, this unit is about teaching ESL teachers how to create a lesson plan. The structure that is typically used in forming a lesson plan, the relevant information about the class, and way to document and highlight the goals for classes. It also shows how a well-made lesson plan can aid teachers in the classroom, if they find themselves drifting off of intended lesson topics and talking points. that a well-made lesson plan should have a thought out structure while still leaving room for flexibility in the execution of the lesson in the classroom.
