Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

In this unit we have learned how to teach the future tense. There are 7 different structures that we can use to talk about a future action. We have the four regular ones as seen for the present and past tenses: future simple, future continuous, future perfect and future perfect continuous. But there are three other structures we can use: be going to, present continuous and present simple. Each of this aspects have a different usage depending on how we want to refer to the future action: we might be doing a prediction based on no evidence, in which case we will use the future simple form, or we might have some evidence and so use the be going to form. We might have to talk about events that will be finished at some point in the future, using the future perfect, or talk about for how long something will be in progress at a certain time in the future, using the future perfect continuous. For timetables and schedules we usually use the present simple form and for arrangements we could use the present continuous one. For the activate stage, many of the activities will involve using a calendar or diaries and arranging dates or appointments. Once again, what I find the most useful is the activities suggestions. And of course understanding the tense and how it is constructed and used, in an organized way, is also extremely useful.
