In Unit 19 I learned about teaching different group of English language learners. As an English teacher I can be in charge of teaching adults, children, or groups like business English groups that need to learn English for a specific reason. When teaching all these different types of group it is important to never revert back to their mother tongue if I know it. By doing this I would give them an out and their motivation would be lost. For all of the different types of groups, it is important to plan lessons that are specifically tailored to their English needs.
