I think it is valuable to see these kinds of videos. Considering that I am actually working on modals in my own class at the moment, these lessons were particularly useful for me to see. The attitude of the teacher is such an important part of teaching, and I feel that my attitude recently is somewhat diminished and may contribute to my lessons apearing more like the first lesson. For my classes, it is difficult to elicit answers from every student, considering my class size. Likewise, infrequent classes make it difficult to make that personal connection with the students. It makes it less personal which in turn changes the class dynamic.
