What I primarily learnt in this unit is essentially how both to manage a classroom, as well as seeing the Engage, Study, Activate lesson plan in action. This unit also without question shows, within a practical context, how important a Teacher's attitude can influence and alter and direct the outcome of a lesson being taught, as well as how effectively that lesson is learnt by the students. In short, a Teacher's attitude, manner and teaching styles is just as important as the lesson point being taught, for if the Teacher is cold, unapproachable and altogether comes across as disinterested, so will the students in turn be afraid to ask questions, become demotivated as a consequence due to not being sure of the relevance or context of what is being taught, and all leading to the students becoming disinterested to learn further.
