Unit 9 helped to realize all the importance of teacher's planning the lesson. Even though the lessons have to be super flexible, as all depends on people in your class (on their abilities, behavior, mood even) you as a teacher still need to have a "skeleton" of a lesson. Students in class are ordinary people, that can be unexpected in some ways (liking one part if the lesson, disliking another, maybe needing more time for new language study then you expected, etc) and without a plan notes the class can turn into chaos for inexperienced teacher. There should be a general plan to follow and the same time with all the flexibility you have to offer to our class
