I feel I have learned quite a bit more about the different needs of different groups of people wanting to learn English and the different classroom or individual variations that may occur. FOr example, being more prepared and dressing the part as a business English teacher is important to gain and maintain respect in a business setting. Also making sure to individually talk to people about their needs for the course. Tailoring the course for an individual or class was also covered. It was also illuminating to learn about different beginners and what they need in a classroom setting.
