I have learned many different techniques on how to deal with large group, reluctant students, and multi-leveled class. It covered how we should start a class not by using course book, but instead with activities that will help us understand the type of students if they are new groups or existing group. Understanding the classroom problems and learning how to deal with it before it occurs will always have a positive effect on the student-teacher bond as the teacher is the main source responsible of the students motivation and keeping a comfortable learning environment.
