This unit focused on the past tense. Hence it covered the simple, perfect, continuous and the continuous perfect past. It was explained which uses each form of the past tense were for and there was mention of the simple past irregular verbs such as to see and to pay. I already knew most of what was covered in this unit from my previous experience with learning other languages but it was a good refresher and it drew my attention to which form lined up with which formation.
