The use of present tenses can often be challenging and confusing, especially if there's similarities in learning them. I think this section was important because it showed each part broken down in pieces, but allowed each piece to be easily explained. If I took something out of this, it would be the use of learning how to distinguish singular subjects (I, He, She, It, You) from more "plural" subjects (we, you, they), and then go from there. The use of being able to distinguish these two subject types would, in the future, aid towards teaching the tenses. For example, allowing a student to understand the difference between "you" and "I" would make the question, "Do you swim?" (present simple) easier to understand that the subject is the person being asked, and the answer is from that person.
