This unit discussed common problems teachers face and their possible solutions. For first lessons, teachers must get to know the students. For classes with different kinds of learners, the teacher can group by pace, making sure that fast workers have activities while waiting for their classmates. Alternatively, the teacher can prepare different activities suited to students' abilities. Role-plays and practice will increase students' confidence. English must always be used to encourage students to speak.
