In this unit we have studied the basic characteristics and roles of good teachers and good learners. We have also seen certain factors that should be taken into account when teaching, such as age, culture and language level.
In my opinion it is very important to look at the age range of the students. From this point of view, the role of the teacher may vary.
It is also important to identify and teach students depending on their language level. This can be tricky when you have different language-level learners in the same classroom and at the same time. In this case, the teache has to adapt to the situationa an play different roles not to leave any student behind.
In conclusion, the teacher has to know which role to play at any time to meet the students needs regarding age, culture and language level.
