Once again, another important unit (like unit 11) as it's about communication. However , productive skills can be a lot more challenging & daunting than receptive skills as more pressure is put on the students to demonstrate their understanding of English and ability to communicate. Speaking and writing both have their pros & cons. eg speaking allows mistakes to go undetected but there is less time to think about what to say.....whereas writing allows more time to think but mistakes are more noticeable.
