This unit was helpful in understanding the various future tenses. Knowing when the usage behind the various tenses is essential to being able to explain to students when to use each tense and why. Each tense has its own specific situations in which they can be used. It is important to remember that there are two present tenses that can be used for the future as well: present simple and present continuous.
