This unit provided a compact overview of the four aspects of present tense in the English language. It was concisely done, with easy-to-follow explanations of the grammatical structures and consequent changes to the verbs involved; each aspect was demonstrated with several clear examples and common student errors. One common source of confusion for students is the idea of a past action "carrying over" into the present, and being described by a present tense as a result - I have no doubt students will appreciate the comprehensive descriptions to clarify their confusions.
I will note, however, that the present perfect continuous was not as clearly elucidated in the text as it might have been - some readers might take away from the way it was presented that it is just a special case of the present perfect, and treat it as an adjustment to the present perfect made to include time frames. A discussion of situations in which to use the present perfect and directly contrast them to the present perfect continuous may prove helpful.
