Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit deals with theories, methodology, mistakes and feedback in EFL teaching . It basically tells us that when a learner lives in an English speaking country it is of a huge advantage but unfortunately it doesnot happen. The concept of natural language acquisition is impossible to replicate in a classroom .There are many debates over the methods and techniques of teaching which have been listed and explained in this unit and Jeremy Harmer put forward a very effective method called ESA which refers to three stages Engage , study and activate .This actually combines all previous methods and gives the teacher a great deal of flexibility .It is meant for trainee and new teachers and this particular course is based on this method and all submitted matters must follow this method .The various types of ESA lessons have been described in this unit for us to understand and follow ,for example the Patchwork lesson or Boomerang lesson .Finally the technique of correction has also been discussed in details . Praising students is perhaps even better than correcting them . Secondly EFL teaching requires teachers to distinguish between mistakes and errors . The errors are best corrected by students themselves or amongst themselves sometimes or often with the help of the teacher. The correction techniques for the teacher has also been discussed in details and lastly the Lesson Planning and General guidance notes have been dealt with in this unit . This unit indeed increases the knowledge of old and new teachers worldwide in the field of EFL teaching .
