I was familiar with modals and with the passive voice before studying this unit. I was not familiar with the term "phrasal verbs." I was a little disappointed that the video did not cover this topic. It would have been helpful. I will definitely use the teaching suggestions when covering modals with my class. There are some great suggestions. I had not though about how difficult it might be to match the auxiliary verb be when converting the sentences from active to passive. That will be a good thing to point out to my students.
